Here at The Emerald Leaf, in order to be a customer with us we require:

We require a copy of Colorado state resale tax license or a Colorado tax exempt certificate.

ATTACH an actual copy of Colorado state resale tax license on the new customer form for more information and to be verified by one of our team members.
